Our Story

For the past 18 years, my wife Julie and I have been dedicated to managing rental properties, undertaking extensive renovations that include updating bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring. Building on this extensive experience, we have now established our family-owned home remodeling business. Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals who embody trustworthiness, reliability, and a robust work ethic. Meet the Team

Miles Rodriguez

Miles was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, and moved to Louisville in 1992, where he graduated from the University of Louisville. He then went on to earn his MBA at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. He comes from a long line of Master Tilers.

Julie Rodriguez

Julie was born and raised in Louisville, where she graduated from Eastern High School and the University of Louisville with a bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Her father came from a long line of carpenters and builders in the Louisville area.

We recently updated our master bathroom. I found my contractor Miles, owner of Renovations Your Way, from a recommendation on Nextdoor and wanted to share my experience. Miles was the third contractor I had contacted, the other two, came out and looked but never followed up with a quote or a call back. Miles called back the same day and set up an appointment the next day to see the job. He gave us a quote within 48 hours, and started the following week. He would let us know who would be coming and when and his team would show up on time! The shower had some challenging angles to manipulate and match and the pictures reflect a superb job. After each trade finished their job, Miles was there to inspect their work and make sure they met our expectations. He was always reachable by phone or text and returned calls promptly. He scheduled his crews to complete the remodeling in a timely manner. Overall, we are very pleased and would highly recommend Miles for any remodeling project. He worked around our work schedule and made us feel like a priority, something nowadays that is very hard to find.
